Certification of Quality Management System
For years, Cargo Service A/S has been ISO 9001 certified in compliance with the Maritime Authority's Technical Regulation concerning safe handling of bulk cargo, which is an important area within Cargo Service’s business areas. In 2011 not only was the certificate renewed but also extended to cover all our stevedoring operations including project and RO/RO activities. The renewed and extended certification is part of our Quality Management System under ISO 9001.
In addition to the requirements that apply to obtain ISO 9001 certification, Cargo Service A/S has also advanced the company's safety documentation so that at anytime, clients can be handed an HSE plan over the operations Cargo Service A/S performs. The HSE plan encompasses method statements, risk assessments and risk analyzes. A copy of our certificate is available on our website.
